Mentoring

Ali offers 1:1 mentoring sessions to help you develop your art practice, to explore themes in your work, and refine your creativity and self-expression. These sessions include all materials and investigate processes to make meaning assisting you to develop your own personal visual language through discussion and making in a safe and art centered approach.

Art Classes for Kids

About Art Class... Art is Fun!

In art class we emphasise art as a process and vehicle for self-expression. Students will engage with many different mediums and processes like painting, drawing, mixed media, and sculpture. All required materials are included for each session. Primarily we explore using elements and principles of art like shape, line, form, colour, and pattern.

Ali’s art classes are inclusive and engaging and students are encouraged to explore and reflect on different mediums, ideas and genres of art and sculpture. As well as supporting the process of planning and creating new artworks, Ali discusses and presents examples of artists’ works to inspire and expand the students’ art knowledge, understanding and confidence.

Art Classes for Adults

 Art is for everyone, come and explore your creativity. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, these classes have something for you.

These taster sessions are an opportunity to take some time out and experience different materials and processes in a supported environment. Participants will engage with drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture, and printmaking. Primarily we explore processes using elements and principles of Art like line, shape, form, colour, texture, space and pattern, rhythm, balance and composition.
